Hi Maritza,

I've had a poke around in the logs, and I've been able to reproduce the issue.
The bug happens when a Quote is converted to an Order Acknowledgement, but no new job is created for it.
Then you end up with this OA with no job, and a select box that shows old jobs. I'm unsure how this selectbox is meant to be populated, but it allows you to choose a random very old job.
I made this one just then, with 2012 job number: https://sales.cmctechnologies.com.au/documents/view/29575
This bug has been lurking there for years. I guess nobody really used this feature before.

For now, you'll need to work around it by creating a job when converting a quote to an OA. I'll dig into it further later.
