Setup a staging environment. We can provision a new VPS to use for staging and to host our other sites.

The ansible playbook should get us most of the way there:

@edwin.young in light of COVID-19 etc, think this would be a good way to get you across the project and set Con's mind at ease that the company has a way to continue operating if I'm unavailable.
